Please note that PO Box numbers are not acceptable. We only ship to your registered address provided at the time of your order. We may require a signature upon delivery of the goods. If you are unable to take delivery of the goods, a delivery advice note will be left advising you of the attempted delivery time/date and details on how and where you can collect your goods.

Import duties & tax (Vat) is charged at the appropriate rate to all destinations.
Import duties & tax (Vat) will be deducted automatically when the billing details are entered into the checkout stage. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility as we have no control and custom policies vary from country to country.
We can only ship to the chosen address provided at the time of your order, your delivery may require a signature.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to let you know. This will contain a unique tracking ID which you can use to track your order.

We dispatch 99% of orders within 24 hours, however during busy periods orders may take up to 48 hours to be dispatched. Please allow 48 hours for personalised orders. If you require your order quicker, you can upgrade your shipping method in the checkout.
In rare cases, a parcel may be late or lost due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier. If your parcel is lost, you will be able to report the parcel as missing. Once the claim is made with the courier we will be able to refund or replace your order, this may take up to 21 working days.
You must be available to sign for your order. If your parcel is undelivered it will be held at your local delivery office for you to collect. If it is not collected it will be returned to us. This will result in an extra shipping charge to have your order re-delivered.
